Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, unopened, and in its original heat-sealed packaging, as we cannot accept returns on intimate goods for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a discrete shipping label.

  Package Discreetly

  Place the item in a plain, unmarked shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside to ensure efficient processing upon arrival.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping costs.
