Binder Size Instructions: 

-Go by your true chest measurements, measure at the widest point of your unbound chest. 

- Allow for normal breathing and air circulation

-Binder should be snug, but you should be able to take a deep breath

-You can use a bra-to-chest converter chart to help determine your size

-Always keep your binder clean, hand wash/air dry for longest fabric life

-Do not wear more than 8 Hours 

- Do not wear to bed or for exercise. 

- Never wear two binders at once
